Fees
The non-discounted full fee is $225 per 50-minute session. The intake session fee is $250. We do all the required billing to your insurance company and wait for their reimbursement. Your co-pay, coinsurance and/or deductible amount are due at the time of session. Longer sessions are offered at a prorated rate.
Payment
Credit cards, cash and online credit card payments via PayPal are accepted. The credit card payments will need to be completed prior to your session.
Cancellations
24 hour advanced notice is required for cancellations. The scheduling of an appointment reserves time specifically for you. If a scheduled appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice prior to the appointment time a fee of $100 will be charged.

If your insurance is not listed, we will charge you a full fee and provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance.
During our initial phone conversation we will ask following information:
• Client's full name*
• Client's date of birth*
• Client's insurance company
• Client’s insurance company phone number (from the back of the card)
• Client's ID/Group/Policy number(s)
• Client's employer*
• Client's address
• Client's phone number
*For these categories, if the primary person insured on the policy is someone other than the client, please provide both the client's information as well as that of the primary person insured.
